TT&B Transportation was born in 2016 from a moment no family is ever prepared for. Our founder's brother, just months from graduation, was tragically shot and left paralyzed from the waist down. What followed was a long road of recovery, hospital visits, therapy appointments, and the quiet, daily struggle of finding transportation that was safe, dependable, and treated him with dignity.

Too often, that transportation simply wasn't there. Rides ran late, equipment was unreliable, and the people behind the wheel rarely felt like people who cared. So our family did what families do. We stepped up. We bought our first wheelchair accessible van so he would never miss another appointment, and so he would always travel with someone who loved him.

What started as one van for one brother quickly became something bigger. Neighbors asked for help. Then hospitals. Then dialysis centers and skilled nursing facilities across Georgia. We realized our family's struggle wasn't unique. It was shared by thousands of families who deserved better. That realization became our mission.

Today, TT&B Transportation is a trusted Georgia operator staffed by certified EMTs and compassionate professionals who treat every patient like their own family member. We provide wheelchair, stretcher, dialysis, hospital discharge, and long distance non-emergency medical transport, dispatched 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
